Cricket Victoria lead the way with new Trans and Gender Diverse Participation Guidelines
Cricket Victoria last week released new Trans and Gender Diverse Participation Guidelines as they continue to solidify their commitment to inclusion of trans and gender diverse people in cricket. The guidelines were implemented off the back of a policy framework recommended to Cricket Victoria by Proud 2 Play. The organisation has generally been viewed as a leader in LGBTI+ inclusion through its annual Proud Cricket Program and commissioning of research into LGBTI+ inclusion
